  • Getting started – we listen, understand your needs and match them to the appropriate payroll solution.
  • Setting up – We get the necessary paperwork in place and prepare the switchover.
  • Informing – Before switchover we call and speak with every worker to ensure they fully understand how things work, what we need from them and how they’ll be paid.
  • Switchover – We take over your payroll service, collating information and providing pay. Getting to know you – we provide on hand telephone support, with check in calls to ensure things are on track.
  • Simple to manage - Clients and workers have 24/7 access to our portal, allowing easy submission of hours and expenses, as well as the ability to view and print payslips. Our telephone support sits alongside this, with direct access to your account manager during office hours.

Chris Pryce

Managing Director

Chris is the company managing Director. Chris established the company in 2014 whilst a director of a bookkeeping business. Having studied various bookkeeping and accountancy exams, this has provided a good accountancy base to work from. Having been in business for over 30 years he brings a wealth of knowledge and management experience to the company. Chris believes in running a friendly, hardworking and professional office to achieve the best results for the business. Outside of the business he is a family man with two sons. Sports are his main hobbies, either watching a variety of sport or playing golf which is his main pastime.

Alyssia Ward

Director

Alyssia is a Director at Exact Payroll; She has a vast amount of background knowledge within payroll and accountancy from working in the industry full time since leaving school and alongside studying her AAT. One of her main duties is overseeing the day-to-day running of the office which she is consistently trying to impact procedures to make the office as efficient as possible, to enable a smooth weekly process for her team. She is a very ambitious member of the team and outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and social life.

James Williams

Senior Business Development Manager

James is the Senior business Development Manager; He bring a wealth of knowledge and 17 years of sales experience. His main duties include bringing on new business and managing clients. He is a family man and enjoys spending time with his partner and children on the weekends. He also has a few hobbies which include watching football on the weekends and road cycling. He is a great asset to have on the team and is liked by everyone.

Nicola Janneh

Payroll Administrator

Nicola contributes a great deal to the team with her 24 years of Accounts, Payroll and Administrative knowledge and experience.  She is a friendly, dedicated team member and always happy to help.  She ensures that all of our clients’ payroll is processed accurately and as efficiently as possible, whilst also helping with any queries the clients or workers may have.  She enjoys spending her free time with her children, being a footy mum, going out for meals and trips to the movies.

Sana Sundar

Junior Payroll Administrator

Sana has been brought on as a junior payroll and admin assistant, she is on hand to support new candidates with registration, making calls and giving advice on the most suitable payroll models available to new workers. She enjoys spending her time on the weekend with some retail therapy and watching movies.
